What we offer

Numerical Modeller open position at his office in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. The

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement numerical models (flow and transport) in FEFLOW and
MODFLOW codes. - Characterization of hydrogeological systems (development of conceptual
models). - Effectively communicate the results of projects with clients and Amphos 21
colleagues to build strong working relationships with the aim of meeting client
expectations. - Managing the technical aspects of projects to meet both commercial and
technical requirements and working with the project team and project lead to
deliver innovative solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Geological Science, Engineering or related subjects and a
MSc / PhD in hydrogeology or related Subject from recognized universities. - Experience in numerical modeling of hydrogeological systems with FEFLOW or
MODFLOW. - Knowledge in GIS and automatic calibration using PEST will be highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report in Spanish,
Catalan and/or English will be highly valued. - Able to work independently and as part of a high performance team.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or C++ will be highly
valued.
